« In a complex context, notably linked to our challenges in term of profitability and internationalization, ADM took on a mission of structuring the HR function.
We had a short-term recruitment objective, following the resignation of our HR manager.
ADM brought us to a more global reflection while having in perspective a financial logic of return on investment for our teams. Indeed, in addition to having recommended the replacement of an HR manager by a HRM focused on development / talent management, it was planned to recruit a person responsible for HR administration and to equip the team in HRMS.
Almost a year later, the General Management is fully satisfied with the team put in place. »
